Of course, Bush meant under the Pakistani Constitution. You see, Pakistan still has a Constitution. </sarcasm> They’ve only ignored theirs recently. We’ve ignored ours for going on six years now. You would think the President of the United States should be able to put together two sentences without coming across as a total idiot.
